Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant Jessica Regnante (aka Jessica R.®) has spent over twenty years teaching and motivating people with her infectious energy and upbeat style. Her mission: to help people embrace a BEYOND STRONG® lifestyle.
Long known as one of New England’s top personal trainers, Jessica’s fitness career began when she fell in love with fitness and decided to study Exercise Physiology at Northeastern University. Her evolution in the health and wellness world continued with her creating CONCIERGEFITNESS® to offer her clients the convenience of fitness and lifestyle coaching in the privacy of their own homes or workplace (or anywhere in the country via online training). Jessica’s innovative method is a fusion of mindful, corrective exercise and healthy lifestyle coaching for injury prevention, performance and wellness. She recently released her first DVD, BEYOND STRONG®: On the Ball to teach her unique movement philosophy with a total body workout that emphasizes proper body mechanics.
As host of BEYOND STRONG® with Jessica R.®, a TV talk show, Jessica featured guests that support a BEYOND STRONG® lifestyle. Jessica has also been a featured guest on KSPORTS New England, a monthly sports magazine TV show for kids by kids. Her love of teaching young athletes led to working as a fitness consultant to Olympic Silver Medalist Nancy Kerrigan when Nancy and Mary Spencer wrote Artistry on Ice: Figure Skating Skills and Style.
